Labour warranty

90 days

All labour performed by SaskTech technicians is covered for 90 days from the date of repair. If the same issue returns due to our workmanship, we'll come back and fix it at no additional labour charge.

Parts warranty

90 days – 1 year

Replacement parts are covered under the original manufacturer's warranty, which typically ranges from 90 days to 1 year depending on the brand and part type. We use OEM or manufacturer-approved parts on every job.

What the warranty covers

Covered
  • Recurrence of the exact same fault repaired
  • Defective replacement parts installed by our technician
  • Labour costs for a warranty return visit
  • All appliance types and brands we service
Not covered
  • New or unrelated faults that develop after the repair
  • Damage caused by misuse, power surges, or accidents
  • Repairs performed by a third party after our visit
  • Normal wear and tear of parts not replaced by us

How to make a warranty claim

Call or message us

Contact us within the warranty period and describe the issue. Reference your original repair date and the technician's name if you have it.

We schedule a return visit

A technician will be dispatched — usually within 24–48 hours — to assess whether the issue falls under warranty.

Free repair if covered

If the fault is warranty-covered, we fix it at no charge. If it's a new unrelated issue, we'll provide a transparent quote before any work begins.
